Cross River Rail

Cross River Rail is a transformative infrastructure project currently underway in Brisbane, Queensland. Spanning 10.2 kilometers, it features 5.9 kilometers of twin tunnels beneath the Brisbane River and CBD, including new underground stations, surface stations, brownfield rail upgrades and implementation of a new ETCS signalling system.

Our team have held key leadership roles on the project since the transaction phase in 2018, including leading the commercial strategy for the CRR program. As part of this our team established processes for managing risk and change. More recently our team have led the resolution of complex major changes.

Gateway Upgrade North

The Gateway Upgrade North project was a significant infrastructure initiative in Brisbane, completed in early 2019. It involved widening the Gateway Motorway from four to six lanes between Nudgee and Deagon to alleviate congestion on this critical transport corridor, which carries more than 83,000 vehicles daily. The project also included reconfiguring interchanges, constructing new overpasses, and enhancing active transport infrastructure with over 15 km of new and upgraded pedestrian and cyclist pathways, improving connectivity and safety for all road users.

Our team were involved in this major road upgrade from transaction through to completion and handover. This project included major challenges at the backend which our team led, ensuring a positive outcome for our client.
